It is meant to complement — not replace — therapy or treatment.

COST & ACCESSIBILITY

  • Community Sustainer - $400

    Four 45–60 minute individual coaching sessions.

    This tier is for individuals who are able to contribute at a higher level and help sustain Selah’s accessibility model. Choosing this option supports scholarship funds and ensures coaching remains available to anyone who needs it.

  • Community Supporter - $200

    Four 45–60 minute individual coaching sessions.

    This tier represents a sustainable community rate. It is intended for individuals with steady income who can contribute at this level and help maintain wide access to coaching across our community.

  • Community Access - $100

    Four 45–60 minute individual coaching sessions.

    Created for individuals navigating financial hardship or transition. This option reduces barriers to support while honoring dignity and autonomy. Always offered without judgment.
